Corey, Vice President of Inflection Point Solutions, has more than twenty-five (25) years of water and wastewater utility experience.  With comprehensive experience in both business and technology strategies, Corey understands the challenges faced by today’s utility and translates the corresponding needs to viable technology solutions furthering and benefiting the overall mission of the client.  Corey has performed more than one hundred (100) technology consulting studies for utilities nationwide.  In addition, Corey is a recognized speaker and contributor in the water and wastewater industry, providing input into industry manuals, performing association presentations, and co-founding the Water and Wastewater CIO and CFO Forums.

John has deep expertise with the policies, processes, systems and procedures needed to support strong programs in capital delivery, work and asset management, financial planning, decision support, document management, business intelligence, and performance management.

Jill Means, Marketing Director

Jill is responsible for marketing activities and associated materials for Inflection Point Solutions, as well as New Resources Consulting and Clinical Path Consulting.  In this role, she develops and implements strategic marketing plans, as well as communicates corporate brand and key messages internally and externally. In addition, she serves as the Association Coordinator for the Water and Wastewater CIO and CFO Forums.
